Procedures

PACKING DEPARTMENT

In the end, these items are sent to Packing Department. We are using Japanese polish for Shining the Items. We use Japanese Grease for these items. We also use Pieces of Cloth for the Safety of Items. We also use High Quality Plastic Paper for Packing. All items are packed by indirect labor.

CLEANING DEPARTMENT

After these procedures, these items are sent to indirect labor. All items are Polished and Cleaned with High Quality Materials.
LEAKAGE DEPARTMENT
All items are checked one by one through High Water Pressure.

CHROME DEPARTMENT

After Polishing and Cleaning, these items are sent to Chrome Department. Chrome Department consists of a large number of chrome Plants. Chrome Quality standards are approved by ISO. All items are chromed through these Plants.

PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT

We use Direct Labor for Melting Raw materials like Brass etc…. These raw materials are used in the core and cavity. All items are checked by Production Manager.
